What the quote form does
The quote form checks your answers in your own browser and then shows a confirmation. It makes no network request, so your name, postcode, contact details and note never leave your device. The form is cleared once the message shows.
Without JavaScript the form still works as one page. Only your choices, such as the kind of job and the timing, appear in the address bar; your name, postcode and contact details do not.
Cookies, tracking and storage
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking code. It stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and photographs are served from this site itself, and there are no maps, videos or forms from other websites.
Calls, emails and social links
Vanecroft Air Conditioning is fictional. The phone number 0161 496 0582 is from a range Ofcom keeps for drama, and the email address uses a domain reserved for examples. Every call, email and social link opens a short note instead of contacting anyone.
Your enquiry (sample policy)
Vanecroft Air Conditioning uses what you send only to reply to your request and to arrange the visit. Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted after 12 months; customer records are kept for six years for tax purposes. To see what is held about you, or to ask for it to be deleted, email hello@vanecroft.example. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
