How it goes

Three steps, start to finish

  1. Walk round

Each room, the ceiling void, the power supply and the places outdoor units could go, looked at in one visit.

  2. Written proposal

Unit choices, a work plan and a fixed price, listing any landlord consent you will need.

  3. Install and handover

We fit around your hours, then set the controls and show your team the filter clean.

Questions

About offices and shops

Can you work outside opening hours?

Yes. Early starts, evenings and Saturdays can be arranged for drilling and other noisy work, with any extra cost set out in the quote.

Do we need the landlord’s permission?

Usually, for a leased unit, because outdoor units and pipe runs go through the building. We list what the landlord will want to see so you can ask before the work is booked.

Can you cool a comms cupboard?

Yes. A small unit that runs all year keeps the cupboard steady. We size it from the heat the equipment gives off, not the floor area.

Where should we reply?

One way to reach you is enough. We use it only for this request.
